Instructions

1. Call or E-Mail us to check availability for the package you're interested in
2. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader if you don't already have it
3. Download and print our Registration/Agreement Form
4. Fill out the form and mail it to us at the address above
5. To make your deposit with your credit card, fill in the appropriate info at bottom of the first page of the registration form.  Be sure to add the digits of your credit card billing street address (ie. 2468 Main St), as well as the zip code of the billing address.  You only need to add this info if the billing address differs from your address listed on the registration form.
